Eargo 6

The Eargo 6 is a self-fitting over-the-counter hearing aid designed for those seeking superior sound quality. This virtually invisible, Completely-In-Canal (CIC) device offers personalized adjustments through an app, making it adaptable to your specific hearing needs. With an IPX7 rating, it’s sweat and water-resistant up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. The Eargo 6 provides up to 16 hours of listening time and can be recharged twice from a fully charged case. It also comes with a 1-year warranty.

The Eargo 7 represents the most innovative hearing aid in its category. This virtually invisible, Completely-In-Canal (CIC) device offers advanced app personalization for a tailored hearing experience. With an IPX7 rating, it’s sweat and water-resistant, capable of withstanding depths of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The Eargo 7 provides up to 16 hours of listening time and can be recharged twice from a fully charged case. It also comes with an extended 2-year warranty, offering added peace of mind.

Being that hearing aid products such as the ones from Eargo play a significant role in improving quality of life, it’s expected they offer different features and functionality options. Each Eargo model offers a number of features that users find helpful.

Types of Models

All available Eargo models are fitted with rechargeable batteries. This eliminates the need for frequent battery replacements but also allows the user to charge their hearing aid on the go if needed.

Additional Accessories

Eargo offers a wide variety of additional accessories, both for current and previous Eargo models. Some of these include petals, flexis, mic caps, cleaning tools, chargers, cables, and adapters.

Petals and mic caps should be replaced around every two months, and ear wax and other debris should be cleaned from the hearing aid on a daily basis to maintain excellent sound quality.

If you decide to purchase Eargo products online, it’s recommended to start with the fit and feel kit first to make sure you’ll be comfortable wearing them. If you decide to go to a showroom, one of the hearing experts will make an assessment and recommend a specific Eargo model that will best suit your needs. Financing is available for both online and in-person purchases.

Brand App

There are currently two brand apps available from Eargo. The first app named “Eargo” is made specifically for the Eargo 7, 6, and 5 hearing aids, while the second one named “Eargo Neo HiFi” is made for the Neo HiFi hearing aids. Each offers specific adjustment options for the models they’re made for.

Ease of Use

Setting up and using your new Eargo hearing aids is simple – all you need to do is correctly insert the hearing aid and turn it on. Every package contains a guide, and you can also find them online. No prescription is required, however, you’ll need to do a hearing screening first.

Purchasing any Eargo hearing aid can be done either online or through one of many official distributors. The user needs to take a hearing screening first, either online via the Eargo website or in person. Once you have the results, one of the hearing experts will recommend the right Eargo model that will suit your needs.
